Nicola’s teaching style is based on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga traditions, and she is also trained in yin and restorative yoga.

Nicola completed mat Pilates training to complement her yoga practice and is currently undertaking meditation teacher training. Her teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, and her goal is to meet each student where they are in their practice. For Nicola, yoga is a holistic practice that builds physical strength and flexibility and offers an opportunity for self-reflection and mindfulness. Nicola completed her 350-hour yoga teacher training and registered with Yoga Australia in 2017, and since then has been sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga with students from all walks of life.
