Marian offers Soothing Yoga for Deep Rest on Monday evenings 7:30 to 8:30pm; and Beginners Yoga on Tuesday evenings 6:00 to 7:15pm. With a keen sense of fun, this dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher will cultivate body awareness, creativity and presence.
