Camille offers General Iyengar Yoga on Friday mornings 9:00 to 10:30 and an Intermediate Iyengar Yoga Course (10 weeks) on Monday evenings 5:45 to 7:15pm. Yogic philosophy, breathing, relaxation and meditation are present in every session along with a good measure of posture work where students strengthen, stretch, align their bodies safely.  Beginners and those with acute injuries or conditions are requested to email prior to attending this class.
