Been meaning to do some yoga for a while? Or you’ve had a break and you’re ready for a refresher? Then this one is for you! Perfect for beginners, these gentle classes combine Yoga & Meditation to stretch, strengthen and relax create stillness in the mind and restore life force and balance. No need to bring anything, the studio has everything you need. Beginners 1 will start you on your journey, Beginners 2 invites you to deepen the practice (open to those with some yoga experience).
