Embark on a journey of learning and self-discovery in 2026!

Is this the year to immerse yourself into the ancient teachings of yoga; come alive with various types of pranayama (breath); find new layers of strength and flexibility in mind and body; bliss out with relaxation and delicious food – and fall in love with yourself? A year to take one day for yourself each month, and take a pilgrimage away from the pace of daily life into depth, presence and continuity?
You can choose the 170-hour Yoga Immersion course OR the 180-hour Yoga Teacher Skills Training course. Combine the two (350-hours), qualify as a registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia at the end of the year, and save $500!
The courses unfold one Saturday or Sunday per month at Mt Glorious Hall, surrounded by rainforest, and includes a 5-day residential retreat later in the year. They commence in March and finishing in December (see dates below).
If you want to combine the two courses to complete your full Yoga Teacher Training then the commitment is 2 days (1 weekend) per month.
The course is suited to those who want to live yoga more fully, and possibly share it with others. So if you feel drawn to a slower, more embodied and relational approach to yoga — whether for personal depth, professional development, or the path of teaching. If you would like to have a conversation about whether this training is right for you, you are very welcome to get in touch with Wendy by email or call 0421 058 250.
