Perfect for beginners, these gentle classes combine Yoga to stretch, strengthen and relax and Chi Gung to create stillness in the mind and restore life force and balance through moving meditation.

Kate brings 20+ years experience of teaching and an enthusiasm for sharing body movement therapies. No need to bring anything, the studio has everything you need.
