This course will offer instructions in mindfulness meditation, focusing on finding freedom through waking up to the potential of bringing our attention mindfully into the present. The practice is to be open to what arises in awareness with curiosity, permission and gentleness. We naturally develop mindfulness and insight as we are present in a non-judgmental, creative space of awareness.
