| $30 – $35YIN SONG is an extended yoga class, weaving restorative asana postures and meditation with the healing vibrations of music and song. This offering is a deeply nourishing experience: it is a way of working with the body, mind and spirit that is beautiful, uplifting and intelligent.
YING SONG with cacao blessing incorporates the heart opening and expansive benefits of sacred Cacao. Together we drink the medicine as a beverage and set our own personal intentions, before we journey into the experience of YIN SONG together.
The yoga practice is accompanied by live music tuned to the earthly frequency of 432hz to help you journey deeper into your practice and Self.
During Savasana, the final resting posture, you will be bathed in the sounds of Singing bowls, Didgeridoo, Medicine Drum and Chimes while receiving lite cranial massage and fragrant essential oils. This is an opportunity to fully relax, receive and be nurtured .
To conclude the YIN SONG experience, Christopher, will share a few of his Spirit Songs. You are welcome to sing along and join in or simply stay in your relaxation and bliss.
We invite you to join us on this journey and look forward to meeting you
With love,
Christopher and Iselin
