Yoga and Meditation is good for everyone. Through Yoga you gain strength, energy and zest for life. Experience gentle postures; stretches and strengthening exercises, breathing practices and short meditations. You will feel refreshed and calm after each class.

8 Week courses in Samford Valley:

Mondays 9.30am from 4th SEPT

Tuesdays 6pm from 3rd OCT

Wednesdays 6pm from 13th SEPT
