This day is just for that. It’s for you, to enjoy a mini retreat, the company of other women, home made chai and morning tea, restorative yoga, zen thai shiatsu and an optional shared lunch.
This will be a monthly offering so if you like the sound of it but can’t make this month – no worries! It’ll be offered again in each month.

As women we are often looking after others but typically not taking time out for ourselves to refuel and self nourish. This day is just for that. It’s for you, to enjoy a mountain retreat, the company of other women, home made chai and morning tea, yoga chi gung, zen thai shiatsu bodywork and an optional shared lunch. Move, breathe, nourish your whole being.
We gather monthly on a weekday near the new moon in a bush setting. Take a break from work and restore your vitality. These workshops typically run from 9.30 (after the school run) to 1pm. Followed by an optional shared lunch. If you like the sound of it but can’t make this month – no worries! It’ll be offered again each month……I’m looking forward to sharing it with you.
A note from previous participants of the Nourishment day:
“Thank you sweet for a wonderful day on Friday, recommend the Nourishment day for women to every lady that needs to spend a little time looking after herself. Thanks again Kate xxx.”

“Kate’s Nourishment Days are a must for every woman. Nestled in the side of a mountain, looking over the forest, Kate guides you back into your body and your heart through her powers of Yoga Qi Gong, Zen Thai, chanting and sacred women’s space. I felt my being let out a sigh of relief as Kate lovingly held a space for me to connect deeply within myself and together as a group. These days should be a regular practice for every mother, business woman and creative soul.”

“I went to Nourishment: a day for women to reconnect with stillness and that place where nothing needs to be done. Though I practice yoga regularly, it reminded me how good it is to slow down, breathe, enjoy moving my body and spend time with other women in a relaxing, low-pressure environment. There’s no heavy spiritual teachings or dogma here so it’s a place for every woman to come and be nourished regardless of her age, yoga experience and physical flexibility. Kate holds a clear space of love with much skill and grounding in the beauty and necessity of simple pleasures and self-care.”
