This is a beginners yoga course focusing on the basics of alignment in the foundational yoga postures. Gain confidence in your practice and align the body to support the free flow of energy. Handouts provided to support your home practice.

Gentle pace and fun friendly environment. Classes are kept small to allow for individual attention.
