Perfect for newcomers to yoga, these gentle classes include easy postures, breathing & relaxation to stretch, strengthen, create stillness in the mind and restore life force and balance.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket. We sell yoga equipment so please contact us to talk through your needs.
