Thursday nights, 7:30 – 9 pm

Beginning 5 October, for 6 consecutive weeks until 9 November

Anxiety and depression are the most common mental health issues affecting millions of people in our society. Many of us may struggle with these issues at some point in our lives.

This 6 week course will offer supportive practices to those struggling with anxiety and/or depression.

We will share, explore and learn together asana (poses), breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, self-inquiry and group discussion to better understand and support a growing sense of wellbeing and connection to ourselves and others.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Yoga teacher and have been working with individuals and groups in the field of mental health for over 10 years.
