Anxiety is one the most common mental health issues and has a big impact on our sense of self, physical health, relationships and daily life. Having struggled with anxiety myself, I hope to share these practices to help you with managing the day to day impacts of anxiety and building a lifelong supportive practice. Come learn and explore asana (poses), breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and self-inquiry to help nurture yourself and ease the influence of anxiety on your life. You will also receive a mini Ebook of practices and tips to help remind you and implement these learnings when you get home.
