Come along to tune into your crown chakra and allow your moving meditation to renew the energy of your crown chakra. Your crown chakra is your gateway to finding beauty in everyone and everything, your ability to draw on universal life force and feel at one with people and beings. You’re invited to tap into your ability to be cradled and guided by divine spirit in this two and a half hour workshop.
CHAKRADANCE™
A well-being movement practice that uses spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, and mandala art creation as the modalities to support you in deepening your experience of each of your major chakras.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We explore movement meditation and sounding to access a waking dream or trance like state that allows you to tap into the creative power of your intuition and influence the energy of your chakras. Gentle guidance around imagery and movement is provided but you are free to move your body in a way that feels right for you. After dancing we draw a mandala to anchor our experience of the dance.
DETAILS
- Doors open at 2.45pm, we start at 3.00pm.
- Dress for comfort; we usually dance with bare feet.
- Filtered water and all drawing supplies are provided.
- Early bird tickets are $35 and available until one week prior ($45 thereafter).
- All levels of experience welcome
