Pregnancy is such a cherished time in life and yoga is one of the best ways to take care of both yourself and your baby during these months. Whether you practice yoga regularly or have never tried it, this course is for you.

Each week will consist of a 75-minute yoga class focused on strengthening your body and mind, connecting with your baby, stretching and releasing physical and emotional tension and preparing you for the upcoming birth. 15 minutes after each class will be an optional time devoted to connecting with other expecting mothers or listening to a short, helpful presentation.
