Join Kathleen for this 8-week course to discover how to maintain strength & mobility throughout your life. In this one hour weekly class, she will share with you gentle stretches and yoga postures to maintain mobile joints & blood flow as well as strength and balance. We will also explore healthy breathing habits and relaxation techniques.
