Been meaning to do yoga for a while now? Or you’ve had a break and you’re ready for a refresher? Then this course is for you! Perfect for beginners, these gentle classes combine Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation to stretch, strengthen and relax, create stillness in the mind and restore life force and balance.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, unfortunately props will no longer be provided. Your teacher will email a list of props to bring on the day and instructions on how to create props from household items. Alternatively, props will be available for purchase from the studio on the day.
