Alignment & Breath with Shaun

Shaun leads Alignment & Breath Yoga on Monday evenings 6 – 7:30pm – and looks forward to connecting and sharing this ancient practice with students. As a long term Iyengar student, he focusses on correct alignment and his class will help you stay grounded amidst constant change, and begin to realise life’s full potential.

Janine Odlin

Janine teaches Fit & Strong on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Family Yoga on Wednesday afternoons.

Janine has over 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Ballroom Dancing Instructor. Her dynamic energy is displayed through her passion and enthusiasm for life. Janine loves to work with other like-minded people to help them discover a healthier, happier version of themselves.

Kate’s classes are a rich tapestry of her 20yrs of experience as a teacher.  Combining many styles including Yoga Chi Gung, restorative & gentle vinyasa styles, with 5 Element Theory influence, each class is unique and created to meet the needs of the students on that day.

Steph completed her 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Senior Level 3 Teacher Kate Pell (assisted by Wendy Reid) in 2018. She is naturally a loving and playful person, and her yoga classes reflect this.

She is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and has a strong interest in yoga as a somatic tool for mental wellbeing.
