Been meaning to do yoga for a while now? Or you’ve had a break and you’re ready for a refresher?  Then a Beginners Course is for you! Perfect for newcomers to yoga, these gentle classes include easy postures, breathing & relaxation to stretch, strengthen, create stillness in the mind and restore life force and balance.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket. We sell yoga equipment so please contact us to talk through your needs.

Two courses available – Tuesday at 6.30 and Thursday at 6pm.
