6 Week Course
Thursdays 7.30pm -9pm

Anxiety and depression are the most common mental health issues affecting millions
of people in our society. This course will offer supportive practices to those struggling with anxiety and/or depression. We will share, explore and learn together asana (poses), breathing techniques,
meditation, relaxation, self-inquiry and group discussion to better understand and support a growing sense of wellbeing and connection to ourselves and others.

$120 for whole course

Nat is qualified Counsellor and Yoga teacher.
