Dance the Elements: Embodied Astrology
September 17, 2017 @ 9:45 am - 4:00 pm
Earth, Air, Fire, and Water are the four classical elements foundational to all occult sciences. Add the element of Ether and we have the ability to work with the mystery and magic these basic elements offer us to manifest, create and transform.
WHAT: In this potent full-day workshop, the magic of astrology comes together with the moving meditation of CHAKRADANCE™. This workshop will attune you to the elements as they are uniquely expressed within you and support you to explore your elemental relationship with the world around you.
WHEN: Sunday 17 September; doors open at 9.45am and the workshop concludes at 4.00pm.
WHERE: The venue is Zen Space Yoga Studio, 225 Mount Glorious Road Samford Valley. Head through the main roadabout as you enter Samford Village onto Mt Glorious Rd. After about 2km the driveway for Lifestyle Nursery will be on the left; after the 80km sign. Turn off at the Lifestyle Centre and head down the driveway to the right of the nursery. Parking is behind the nursery; access the venue via the wooden walkway.
COST: $95 Early Bird ticket ($125 after 10 September). Numbers are limited to 15 participants; purchase your ticket via PayPal to secure your place. Please contact us if you’d prefer to pay via direct debit.
BRING: A journal and a water bottle.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Just as our ancestors have done for millennia, we will gather in sacred circle and explore the elements through:
* knowledge sharing
* movement meditation
* mandala art creation
* reflective journalling
No knowledge of astrology or the chakras is needed, as Kim and Giselle will gently guide you to connect with your inner and outer cosmos. As each participant finds their own dance, you can move as softly or energetically as you like; so people of all abilities are also welcome. Bring your curiosity, sense of adventure, and willingness to move your mind, your body, and your soul.
$95 Early bird | $125 after 10 September
