ZEN SPACE is Samford’s premium community yoga space with 25 weekly classes. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, we offer lots of classes at different times of the day and week to ensure you have choice as to what and when you come along. Our wonderful teachers offer many different styles of yoga including General, Flow/Vinyasa, Iyengar, Gentle Yoga for Women, Yoga for Kids and Teens, Meditation & Music Events.

No need to book for ongoing classes – just fill in the online registration form before your first class. Bookings are required for courses or special events, so please contact the teacher.
